Execution begins. Make a 50% payment to commence the process
3: Pre-Design and Research
Analyze site conditions, cultural context, and project requirements to create a strong foundation for the design process.
4: Visual Updates
Provide stakeholders with regular updates, including 3D renderings and draft plans, to gather feedback and refine the design.
5: Schematic Design
Develop and present preliminary design options to illustrate potential layouts and features.
6: Final Delivery
Submit the final set of detailed plans, renderings, and walkthroughs that capture the full scope of the project vision.
